MyDstny - Quick guide

Getting Started with MyDstny

MyDstny is a web-based communication platform that allows you to make calls, send messages, and manage your status and contacts. It works both in your browser and as an app for Windows/Mac.

MyDstny home screen – your overview and navigation hub.

Sign In

Go to my.dstny.se as provided by your administrator. Use your PBX username and password or log in via Google or Microsoft if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled.

Login page – enter email and password, or use Microsoft/Google SSO.

Top Menu Navigation

The top menu gives you access to call functions, search, status changes, forwarding, caller ID settings and profile preferences. Always visible at the top.

Calling

Make calls using the dial pad, your contact list, or by searching for names/numbers. During a call, you can park, transfer, invite to a conference or send an SMS.

Group Queues

Under the Queues tab you get an overview of all the queues you are part of. Here you can:

  • Sign in/out of queues
  • View available and logged in agents
  • Monitor waiting and parked calls
  • Pick up calls manually
  • Review detailed call history
  • View queue traffic stats and wait times

Supervisors have access to advanced stats, agent views, and can manage assigned calls.

Contacts

Find both personal and company contacts in the contact list. Add your own, see colleague presence, mark favorites, VIPs, or block numbers.

Contact view – click a contact to call, message or edit info.

Voicemail

Under the Voicemail tab, manage your personal or shared voicemails. You can listen, delete or re-enable voicemail if needed.

Voicemail list – unread messages are marked with a red dot.

Messaging & Chat

Use MyDstny to send SMS, email, or chat with colleagues. Chat supports individual and group messages with reactions, editing, and threaded replies. Notifications are clearly visible in the menu.

Settings

In Settings, you can customize language, time zone, audio devices, call forwarding, shortcuts and more. You can also download the desktop app or revoke mobile access.

Calendar

Plan future statuses like Do Not Disturb during meetings with the built-in calendar. Create recurring statuses or sync with your Outlook calendar.
