What is Dstny Link?
Dstny Link connects your Dstny phone system to your CRM or business system. When a customer calls, you can see who is calling directly in the system you already work in. You can also call contacts with one click, and calls are automatically logged.
Link communicates directly with your CRM during the call. It does not copy or synchronise contacts between the systems.
What you get

Important: The available features depend on your CRM. Each CRM has its own list of supported features.
Call control from the pop-up
When using Dstny Voice, you can manage your calls directly from the pop-up. Available call controls include:
- Answer and end calls.
- Put calls on hold and resume them.
- Transfer calls with or without announcing the transfer first.
- Send DTMF tones.
Where can you use Dstny Link?

Before you start
To use Dstny Link, you need:
- A Dstny phone system.
- A CRM or business system supported by Dstny Link.
Check the list of supported systems in Integrations for Dstny Link, or contact Dstny if you are unsure whether your system is supported.
Dstny will connect Link to your phone system as part of the setup.
