Enhanced Queue Metadata

Users will now have improved visibility of queue metadata before the text is truncated, as the display now allows for two lines instead of just one.


Improved SMS Functionality

The existing SMS feature has been reworked to provide a better experience and expanded capabilities for SMS interactions. It is now possible to:

• Include information about the ongoing call when composing an SMS

• Send SMS messages to multiple recipients simultaneously

• Choose which number the SMS should be sent from


ACD UI Adjustments

Previously, MyDstny displayed the agent’s skill level for ACD Light groups. As skill levels are not applied to these groups, this was incorrect. Going forward, skill levels will also not be shown for standard ACD or operator groups if distribution is based on priority.


Improved call and chat pop-up

Incoming calls and chat messages now give you more info - so you’re always in the loop.
• Incoming call pop-ups now show metadata and call history.
• Chat pop-ups show replies and emoticon reactions.

Improved User Experience for Remote Calls

Previously, users could see the call widget flickering when receiving a remote call. With this improvement, users will now only see the call widget with the remote party when the call is actually received.


Add Search Functionality Next to Directory Fields

MyDstny will now display a search icon next to directory field values in the detailed contact card. When clicked, a global search will be executed using the selected value.

Softphone Module Status Must Reflect Call Availability

MyDstny will now display information about the full registration path within the communication system.

Previously, the softphone module did not provide feedback, potentially omitting critical information for the user in case of issues.
